05GT-O.C.D. And for what it's worth, remember this is going to rush blood to your head so use caution if you've got any neurologic or eye problems, etc. Probably not the best idea to use by yourself until you know it's OK for you. Probably would be a bad position to pass out in.

mrcarcrazy consult physician to make sure its no contraindicated. but all in all it should yield some short term relief...

Known many people who swear by them. I'm just a lowly cardiac nurse, but I'd say if your doc says its okay to try, you won't be let down.

You're on some serious medications. and if the table would let you get off even one of them you'd be better off long term.

05GT-O.C.D. I've got an inversion table and I love it. I had sore back issues that kept me from sleep, but nothing I went to the doctor for. I bought the inversion table and it helped a lot. Since then, I've been back in the gym quite a bit and strength training has helped more than anything w/ my back, I don't even use the inversion table anymore. I know your medical issue is different, but it was effective for me.

This is what I bought. Not only was it one of the best built tables I found, but the price was also one of the best. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...version+Tables

Inversion Therapy?

Anyone use an inversion table to treat back pain? I have degenerative disc disease and am having an episode. Looking for any testimonials regarding inversion therapy. Am currently on Mobic and Robaxin with a Vicodin chaser. Just began 4 weeks of pt.
