Ive driven trails there twice with similar size tires and had no issues. Just me, the dog, a cell phone, GPS, water, rope and shovel. Most of the trails I explored were mapped on the GPS.
Being alone, I avoided and drove around any spots I thought looked to soft, and or muddy.
I have heard the stories of people living out there, but I saw none and wasn't bothered at all! I did see several areas where idiots dumped trash and left trash after camping. Could never figure out why anyone would go way out to enjoy the solitude of the wilderness and leave trash behind?

If you're with other people, hopefully they have recovery gear. I'd carry some straps with you just in case. Jeeps are very capable vehicles though, even stock ! I haven't had time to mod mine yet, being overseas and all, but I've gone out a few times with friends and haven't had a problem. We went one at a time through things and if one of us got stuck, there was at least one person to pull them out.
Have fun !

Trailing in Stock with 31's?
Hey guys, so I'm planning a trip to go with some friends to Ocala and ride their trails there along with camping for a few days. I'm new to the Jeeping community and this will be my first time trailing. I have no lift, but I am on 31's. Will 31's give me enough clearance to do a trail? I know each trail is different, but in general?
