transmission swap question

hey all, new to the forum here. Recently got a 94 yj for cheap from a friend and have been giving it the tlc it needs to be a nice reliable toy. My problem is, i hate the 3 speed auto, i want to shift gears. I managed to find another '94 owner with the oppsite desire, so we are planning to swap transmissions, his manual for my auto. I'm assuming he has the ax-15. Both jeeps have 4.0's, both 94's. My question is, will this swap we possible, will everything interchange? What am i missing besides the obvious swap of flywheel/flexplate, brake pedal/clutch, steering column, slave cyl, crossmember. What about driveshafts? both trucks are sprung over, but i have an sye and cv shaft, he doesn't. does he need my computer or harness? Thanks so much in advance. and no, it wouldn't be better to swap jeeps!!! my motor is a fresh rebuild and his frame is rusty!!! haha
