distortedtj Never paid to get one done for me so can't help you with the price a shop will charge you. I don't think they are difficult at all but I work with vehicle everyday.

If your not much of a DIY'er...read up here, you mite find it to be easy.

Axel bearing repair.

Any diy's ever tackled an axel bearing repair in Dana 35? I can do basic repairs, I have never been into a differential to see if this is something fairly simple or If I should get my vehicle to the shop. Anyone know about how much a axel bearing repair will cost
