mrcarcrazy Don't run premium. The engine is designed for Regular. Premium will only cost you more in the long run....and short run.

Premium is for vehicles with higher compression ratios. its HARDER to burn...

You are doing yourself a disservice by putting premium in the jeep.

Don't think of fuel as "regular, decent, and Great". think of it as "normal, moderate, and high performance". of course remembering that high performance fuel will NOT make your normal vehicle a high performance vehicle.

FrankTheTank runs top notch! might run slightly better with the light on lol, but the light has come back on again and its the same code bank 2 main cat inefficentcy im going to run it as low on feul as i can and fill it with regular im a premium feul kinda guy but ill put a tank of regualr in her and see what happends

check engine light

Ok guys my jeep has a check engine light on but its: main cat ineffecientcy code, now this might be my fault lol i dumped 2 bottles of gumout into a half tank of fuel and then filled it up with mid grade. Questions is you guys think after i burn all the fuel out and fill it back with just feul no additives the light will go away i have erased the code 2 times and it comes back after a day or so so think maybe its the richnes of the feul additive thats causeing it?
