jdhallissey The wireless winch is cool but be prepared for when it glitches up the making fun of will too lol. Wheeled with a guy at bronco peak over xmas and his wireless winch control stopped working for a minute. The jokes were hey everybody now shut off your cell phones we are causing to much interference for the control to talk to the receiver. LOL They are cool. You don't have any wires running into your truck and along your hood. Like my luck i am on a rock wall and flop it but while flopping it I land on my controller wire and then well I am in a pickle. So if you have the what 125 to spend on it I think it is a great investment. Keep batteries with you too LOL

Warn wireless winch remote

Just got my new winch and trying to figure out what I want to do to control it. Anyone here have the wireless remote from Warn? Thoughts on it?

Other thoughts are wiring up switches inside the cab - one to arm the system and one momentary switch for in and out. Similar to this:
Dash Mounted Winch Controls: Roadless Gear For Jeep

Or do something like that on the sPod that I will be ordering soon.

Thanks,

Eric
