This is the side wall bracket. The pin coming out the bottom part of your seat goes into it, and the latch closes over the pin.

I am kinda thinking you don't have that pin. It almost looks like a door keeper - the "pin" that the door latches to, sort of looks like a thread spool.

mattband2 can someone post a pic as to where this seat is supposed to lock? or a link or something? maybe mine is broke? i see some sort of spring thingy, but yeah... im dumb haha

rear seat top down problem

When my top is down the wind is pushing the seat forward? Is there a latch or somthing I'm missing?
