JK Towing Experience

I had to take my t@b travel trailer over to Colorado Springs for some warranty work. Went Highway 160 over Wolf Creek Pass and La Veta Pass to La Veta. Got 14 MPG overall. From La Veta to the Springs up I 25 the mileage suffered due to head winds. All in all, the JK with the factory tow package is very satisfactory. Some wag commented on my winch installation that I would suffer overheating. Not! The t@b weighs about 2000# with a good supply of adult beverages.
