|N39-W120||OUCH!... $1000+ for the kit!!! I haven't had to have one repaired in a while, but a think a good shop could fix/ retro fit to 134 for less than that. Thank for the heads up to the group....|

|the beep mechanic||Thank's for the heads up. I was seriously considering one of their kit's. Is the performance of a jeep a/c really that bad? I don't want to go through the hassle of installing any a/c kit if I'm just going to hear my sister complain everytime it get's real hot out. Personally, I would ride with the top off, but she get's sunburned if she gets too close to a light bulb.|

Jeep Air System
I bought a new air conditioning system from Jeep Air. The site claims that it is a factory system using factory parts. Well, my Jeep actually had the old factory system. It didn't work so I decided to buy a complete replacement rather then replace one 20 year old part at a time. Long story short the Jeep Air system is NOT made of factory parts. We are having to modify the parts in order to get it to work. The directions are terrible with very few pictures! I'm lucky my Jeep already had an A/C system so I could see how everything goes. If I were to do it over again I would get the Arizona Air A/C system or just rebuild my factory one. Just thought I'd give you a heads up since it is getting to be the A/C time of year.
