Painting Tuffy Products

Has anyone done any touch up painting on Tuffy products? I purchased an overhead console used, and it could use a touch up. I spoke with Tuffy and they said it could be done, although their products are powder coated. I realize it can be done, but I'm looking for the exact paint. I read somewhere that an individual touched up his Wilderness rack. He gave the product name (Rustolium satin semi gloss, I think), and sure enough it matches perfect. I'm wondering if anyone has this information for Tuffy products? My console is black. Thank you in advance.
