I put a 4 inch RC lift with 33x12.5 on my 94YJ a couple of years ago. Looks great, but drives like crap on the roads. I don't really have any problems offroad though.
I am hoping to regear mine in the comming weeks. I would recomend not putting the bigger tires on until you have the money to regear. Looking back I wished I had done it all at once, but I didn't know what I was doing and no one really suggested anything when I got my lift.
I have heard bad things about body lifts, and I have been told by numerous people to just stick with the lifts.

|scott howard||4 inch lift first, then save and regear and then bigger tires is a sound plan.|

|Jeeep||allright, i was thinking about just getting a 4in RC lift and waiting on bigger tires b/c of money issues. but if i just stayed with 30in tires. i wouldnt need to regear right away right?|

|Samsrubicon||i would run 33's and go 4" suspension lift|

|Samsrubicon||i woul re gear it, its a 2.5 so u wont have much power plus the lift and bigger tires will bog u down a bit.|

|Jeeep||how would that look with 30in tires? what about regearing? or would i have to worry about that anytime soon?|

hey guys, i have a 95yj 2.5l. I was looking to get a lift kit, and i was thinking about getting a 2in body lift with a 2.5in lift from RC, i only have 30x9.5x15s right now, but i was looking for some opinoins on what i should do? and how a 2in BL, and 2.5in lift would look on 30s.
