flharleycop I don’t know what SB 2176 is but I have always negotiated my extended warranty price, i did it with my Jeep and with my Ford, the only dealer I had difficulty was with Hyundai for my daughters car so I didn’t get it. I don’t usually buy them but in the case with my Ford and the Jeep they brought the price down and made it so I could not refuse.

Are extended warranties in FL now finally negotiable?

Going to be buying soon. I read this:

Florida SB 2176 - Service Agreement & Warranty Associations Passes » The Service Contracts Compass

which seems to indicate we can now finally negotiate extended warranty prices.

Anybody recently been able to do this in FL?
