solman Mine does the same thing. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but it has to do with fuel pressure(at least mine does) If you turn the key to the run position(not start) you will hear the fuel pump prime. I do this 2 times then it starts right up.

flatline start with the basics. tune up, gas filter, air cleaner. then you can get more indepth with fuel presure, compresion, spark. weak battery, slow starter.

hesitant to start

MY jeep has been acting up on me, I have to turn it over at least 2 times before it starts, or I can hold it for a long time. Any ideas what could be wrong?
