flatline from the factory some hoses had springs in them to prevent collapsing. I've taken coat wire or any thick gauge wire to make a spring to put in the hose.

radbrad960 flushed the cooling system before no luck but i will check and see if the lower hose is colpsing and there is no winch

flatline mine would run hot at highway speeds, but run cool below 45 mph. try flushing system to get stuff out of block. the hard one to check is the lower hose could be colapsing at higher rpms. Is there a Winch blocking air flow to radiator?

overheating new everything

hey i got a 1990 wrangler 2.5l that will not stop overheating. i put a new radiator fan clutch thermostat and water pump on the wrangler. i also made sure all of the air was out of the system. it will idle all day long at the right temperature but as soon as the engine revs up around 2500-3000 rpms the damn thing will overheat. i am thinking maybe its the egr value circulating too much exhaust back into the engine but i don't know. anyone have any thoughts or experience with the problem? any help would be appreciated.
