KBR97 x2 on what Mark said...You might also wanna run a battery tester just to make sure the voltage is up to par. Other than that..drive it like you stole it.

We will because of people like you! Since your Jeep is new and has been started a few times, sitting for a year shouldn't be a problem in the least.

thaduke2003 Hey amigo. Well, DEFINITELY change the oil, and if it's running funny, drain the fuel tank, pour that into something else (friend's ride ), and get a fresh tank. Otherwise, with a modern vehicle, just a good check up should be fine- tires would be my #1 concern BY FAR- check between the treads and on the sidewalls for cracks. Otherwise, rock and roll
Thanks for serving, and happy 4th! Mark W.

Advice on my Jeep

I've searched around the forums, but no luck. I've found some forums on things to do before you store it, but none on bringing it out of storage. I have a 2009 X with about 9000 miles on it. It hasnt been stored for a year, but has not been driven as much as I would have liked ( Thanks Dad ) I cant blame him though, no smoking allowed in my Jeep haha.

From what hes told me, it still starts up fine and seems to be driving fine as well.

I was just looking for some advice on getting my Jeep fully functional and on the road again. I'm gonna check the fluids, tires, little things that I know about. But, if theres anything I may miss, or something I should keep an eye on, let me know.

Thanx
