|Jerry Bransford||No, it won't help in the least. MSD makes a great ignition system and it can really help with older ignition systems but not with newer ignition systems. Newer ignition systems had to be designed very well so the engine can pass the smog tests as long as now required. MSD, Jacobs, etc. are in decline because their market is dwindling due to the quality of today's ignition systems. They do well only with much older vehicles.|

Update JK ignition
I just obtained a new 2010 Unlimited, modified, and wondered if there is any benefit to updating the stock OEM ignition with an MSD or similar. It only has 200 miles on it and seems to run rough, and although I know a V6 this small does not have much HP, I hope I can increase it somewhat.
