|jeepmutt||I've not done this, just speculating, but could another bolt be welded on? Perhaps a smaller diameter bolt so you could run a bead around it onto the busted bolt... then just put a wrench to it and back the whole thing out.|

Those guys are right, but there are different kinds of EZ outs. Some are square and some are fluted. The fluted are my favorite. What ever you do don't break the EZ out, you can't drill one to save your life!!

alright, so i was ready to put my headers(new) and intake(milled out) back onto my jeep this evening when i ran across a problem. the bolt on the front of the block has sheared off. need the best way to get that bad boy out. thanks guys.
