Travis91 ya that probably is just something to do with the "aerodynamics" of the the jeep, like how the back of all SUV's backs get dirtier before the rest of the SUV.

Exhaust Leak or not ?

Does anyone have the problem of an exhaust smell when you have the soft top off or you have the soft top on and the back window open? I checked my exhaust system and it seems to be okay. I tightened up the manifold bolts and looks for leaks and found nothing. I did notice that the only time I do smell it is when I let off the gas or downshift. I extended the tail pipe with a crome extension and it did not seem to help. This is driving me nuts. Is this a Jeep thing?
