I dont understand why the sheet shows the auto transmission of 825 when it is stated to be part of the 24S package? Am I missing something?
Also when you look at above will the blue tooth for phone work? I saw the discussion above and now I am unsure what I am getting with connectivity group without the upgrade of nav package.

Thanks for your comments in advance and does that seem like a good price?

You need connectivity group to get bluetooth. It is not included in the nav like it was previously.

The S package can be either manual or auto trans, and it includes the same options and lets you choose the trans. Manual is no charge on any wrangler and the auto is 825.

depending on where you live and other rebates you qualify for you have a good price. Invoice is 30303, hold back is 927. so net is 29376.

Aftermarket Nav

My dealer Parts manager is not sure if the Nav is available for the Sport "S". He said I would have to wait until Chrysler makes the Nav available to be sure. It's the same as the 2010 right?

Anything I should pre order on the Sport "S" to make sure all the wiring exists already?

Is it just a pop out the radio and the hook up the new one kind of a job?

Do I need the Connectivity group if I go that route?

Thx!!

You can't get the nav on a Sport from the factory, however you can have it installed by the dealer or buy an aftermarket one.

pat@fieldsauto.com Yeah, I think Jeep needs to do a better job on their website. I encounter problems almost daily with people who do the "build your own". The funny thing is I totally forgot about the streaming bluetooth. That's new this year. First vehicle that I have seen it on is the new Grand Cherokee.

The leather wrapped steering wheels with audio controls is standard on the Rubicon. If you get the 430N Nav system, you get the bluetooth and usb port. So the connectivity group would not be needed on the Rubicon if your only concern is the bluetooth. The connectivity group gives you the vehicle information center which is not standard on the Rubicon and you can't get it as a stand alone option.

Thanks for your help! I just got done reading the 2011 user manual and it seems like you get the bluetooth only for streaming audio, and you don't get Uconnect unless you order the connectivity package. If you do opt for the connectivity package you end up with two USB ports, one in the NAV and one in the center console (The user manual has pictures of this). The 430N specifically states UConnect might not come with your vehicle package.. Damn that was confusing... You should be able to verify this by finding a Rubicon without the connectivity package but with the 430N..

Also, on jeep.com you can select leather seats + heated seats and it charges for both but if you mouse over the leather seats it says "heated seats included" Luckily thats an option I dont care about, but it is confusing.

With the nav you will get the leather wrapped steering wheel with or without the connectivity group.

Sorry I'm still a little confused, on page 1 under standard Rubicon equipment it lists the steering wheel (SCV), so why does the connectivity group list it as part of the option package if it's already standard?

Also the 430N, does it come with the UConnect on the wrangler rubicon? Or is the only way to get the UConnect by ordering the connectivity group? Is the only thing you are getting in the connectivity group the LAZ Vehicle information center, because the 430N already comes with the USB connection (RSX), the SCV steering wheel is already standard, and the RSP is listed as "May come with the 430N".

Side note: Someone on here posted they got their 2011 wrangler and the only thing that didn't work was the UConnect, I'm wondering if it is because they skipped the connectivity package thinking it was included in the 430N (like I did....)

What is the connectivity group for? It says the 420Nav sound system comes with UConnect. The connectivity group includes the leather wrapped steering wheel, does that mean you get the old style steering wheel without it?

pat@fieldsauto.com This is for a 2011, auto trans. If you want the ltd slip diff, you have to go to the "S" package. No rescue green being built right now. I built the base package here "24C"

JeeperJake patio:

Still trying to become familiar with the code #s. Lots to learn.

I'm currently looking at this grouping:

unlimited sport 4 door
automatic--guess it comes with A/C?
towing set up
3 part top
non slip diff
don't care for any stock rims/tires but could stand the gray powder coat
rescue green/khaki int
mostly utilitarian stuff, no bling trim
fogs

Saw similar model at a dealer new for right at $25k, is this good?
