Kohrs93 ^ like he said. Chevy 350 v8 is a very common swap into yj's. But you will likely need some d44's or ford 8.8's as well.

4Jeepn if you have money for a super charger.. sell the 4cly and buy a 6cly. Or do a v8 swap.

Kohrs93 Trying to get more power out of the 4 banger is really hard. You're driving a brick wall with big gears and big tires. If you have a lift with bigger tires you would probably want to re-gear. That's what most people do. It's exspensive but it gets you the extra power you need. Remember, you bought a jeep not a ferarri.

1992 Jeep Needs A Little More Power

I have a 1992 Wrangler with a 2.4L engine, and I am having trouble keeping it at 65 on the highway. Was wondering what people suggest to boost horsepower and help maintain the speed limit.\

I was looking at a supercharger as a quick fix but am open to suggestions!

Thanks
-Mike
