Bombero37A No soft top for me boss. I have a hard top. I don't take off the top off here in Miami. It rains a lot and i don't want to get water in my electronic equipment. If anything, I take off the front two panels. The AMP fits snug in the cubby space and is secured by the lid and the box was screwed straight into the metal door. They had to use 3 screws on the side of the box away from the speaker to secure it tightly preventing any rattle. It sounds awesome! No vibrating or rattling at all. I did upgrade to the Punch 12" sub speaker cuz the Pioneer speaker that came with the box wasn't strong enough for the amp i got.

I got to keep my trunk space. Hope this helps anyone wanting to hook up their rigs.
I had to trim off some of the cargo liner.
