nu arty boy Is there anything in the Lawton area? I got yelled at by Range control while "exploring" the training areas of Fort Sill a few weeks back so that is out of the question...

T-BONE N BIXBY I don't know how you would explain this, but exactly where at, at Chandler Park? Go past the baseball fields? I'm a newbie, and just want to go play in some mud, and climb something to test out my 4 wheel. Nothing like climbing over boulders or anything. I'm still stock height with 31 x 10.5's.

MR.CLIFFORD Disney is around 65 miles from Tulsa and is an excellent place to go. You can wheel year round. We went in April and October. Last year we took our stock TJ and had a blast.

Then took it back in April of 07.

October we took the big jeep.

There is every kind of wheelin you can imagine. From rocks, to dirt, to trails, and mud. There is always plenty of water too.

stinger124 I am from Texas, but I do my wheelin in Oklahoma because you all have the best trails that I have been on...
My favorite two spots are ... Clayton Oklahoma, and Disney Oklahoma.
Neither one are to far from Tulsa... I have abuddy that I wheel with who lives in Tulsa, and he wheels at both of the spots I mentioned..

Best Off-Roading Spots?

Hey, where do you all go off-roading in Oklahoma?

We live in Broken Arrow. My wife has a TJ and I bought a 4-door JK late last November. We would love to find some great spots. We went down to the Camp Gruber ORV Area (not too far from Greenleaf state park on Tenkiller Lake) and had a great time. But, we would love to find somethinig else closerto Tulsa.

Does anyone know of any good off-roading spots nearer to Tulsa?

Or, we would love to learn about any of your favorite spots anywhere within the state of Oklahoma?
