Brian2109 If its in iTunes then select all tracks and right click and select convert to mp3. Then you can transfer to mygig. Worked for me.

RB-10rubicon If its in itunes format it will not work .i have the730 media uconnect also its really nice except the music gets listed alphabeticly when playing through artits but not through album

Help with media center HD

Trying to download music I transferred to a USB flash drive. On I plug it into the media center it says no music to be downloaded. I'm able to to rip a cd onto the media center.
