Sputtering after Highway Use

So I figure I'd post it up to get some outside ideas.

So in the mornings I'll go outside, engage the choke, put the heater on full blast and start the Jeep, then when I come out in 10 minutes its all warm and toasty and running good (well as good as it ever ran for me ).

Now after I get on the highway and hold it around 60 for a while (usually 2000rpm in 4th gear or 1500rpm in 5th depending if I'm going up hill or not) its still running fine, but at a certain point if I let off the gas it will start to sputter and my oil psi will drop. theres also a high pitched whistle while its idling with no gas, but if I hit the gas that whistle starts to fade away (corresponding the the amount of gas I'm giving) and then will come back after I let off the gas again.

Now after I get back to "street" driving for about 5 minutes or so it starts to run normal again.

Oh and while that whistle is going its idling perfectly at 1000rpm with about 10 oil psi, and if I hit the gas it will sputter really bad from 1000 - 1300 rpm but after I get past 1300rpm it smooths out.

So whaddya guys think?
