1pfieffer1 Thanks! First wrangler for me, I'm a diehard CJ fan. First 9 were CJ's! 1986 CJ'7 in garage, full frame off in progress.

I have stock Sahara tires and wheels so anything larger you might have problems. The photos I attached show our mods to the handle and how much space is down there between the tire. Other than all that I'm eager to take it to the trailhead tomorrow with my mountain bike and hopefully hit up some trails in Sedona in the next month or so.
I have the same one, I never did any mod to it though cause I installed one of the hitch from quadratec that was a bit longer than the regular ones.

It's easy. One thing though is to cover the switch connector that you punch through the firewall to the engine bay. Maybe because mine had about 100 miles on it, the rubber material was sticky and got in my connector's plugs. Took a good while to clean that mess up.

Did you look into getting a hitch extender? I've been looking into other hitch mounted racks and that might be the only way...

JohnnyWest Worked with the kid on his JKU. Just about done with the lift. Tightened everything up. Bleed the brakes. Installed exhaust spacers and reattached the drive shaft. Got it out on the road for the first time with the lift.

Not a roof rack. The photo kind of makes the top of the gas pump look like one.

Nice job. May I ask where you purchased the LED's?

Ohhh thanks for this!! I always thought a lift or modifications to his suspension void it. I wish I would've known that 10 years ago on my old truck too. 😀
