Dealers seemingly, cannot repair this major, soft top flaw.
They will go through an extensive, set of written instructions for the "repair" until they have exhausted them all...never really testing their work.
Basically trial and error and luck of the draw is what you can expect.
This has been my experience with the dealer. Fifty pages of repairs to the hard top done to my first jeep that chrysler purchased back from me. The Rubicon leaked with the hard top twice on the first two rain storms. They adjusted it and it hasn't leaked since. Now that it is out of warranty for that type of thing, I will find and fix the leaks myself when they show up. And they are bound to show up. Just a matter of time. I kept my soft top that I purchased stock from the first jeep to use on the second. That has leaked on occasion but opening it and readjusting it has always solved the leaks so I didn't ever take it back to the dealer to have them look at that. They did use some materials at the dealership to do repairs that I would be interested in finding on the market to deal with leaks in the future. But I'll tackle that demon when it shows its ugly head.

T-Rav Yeah I'm keen on info for this one too!
My '04 TJ never had issues with a leaking soft-top, but my '10 Rubicon does..WTF??
In US I believe it's dismissed as being a jeep thing n Wranglers are cheap apparently..so people just wear it..
Kinda different in Australia where my JK Rubicon cost nearly $50K!!
Cheers
