compshooter Someone already did a post on installing a header on here. Gave excellent steps and observations. Use the search function and you'll find it.

Anyone Replace A Header on the 4.0L

I am getting ready to change the header on my Jeep. I saw somewhere that it saws that you need to put new "O" rings on the fuel line where you disconnect it from the fuel rail before putting it back together. Has anyone else had to replace these when reinstalling it. Also to get the fuel line apart do I just pull the metal clip off it and pull it apart, or do I need the plastic insert tool to separate the lines.
