binaryking measure it. Go from the frame to the ground. You're going to want at LEAST 4 inches left over to get it off the ground.

Jack Stands

so i've decided i'm gonna poke around underneath my heep, see if i can learn a thing or two, maybe enough to do some of my own routine maintenance. i heard jack stands are a must have for safety reasons. would something like this work just fine? says maximum height is 21" - is that gonna be tall enough underneath my stock TJ (it's on 31" tires) or will i need taller jack stands?
