chucky cheese Try a hand impact driver. Insert the bit wack the back of the driver with a hammer and it pushes the torx bit in as it turns. Once it breaks loose use a regular hand wrench or socket.

RustedYJ I have the luxury of knowing my rig is getting a new paint job before I'm done rebuilding it so I've been hitting stubborn bolts with a torch for a few seconds before giving them a second go with the wrench. The heat has helped break every one free and after breaking one bit before I started using the torch I haven't snapped another.

J10 The only reason I didnt mention that is I wasnt sure if PB Blaster would hurt the paint

OsageJeep PB Blaster or some penetrating oil would help loosen them up

Fear the worse

Want to loosen the bolt type screws than secure the windshield frame and door hinges on 1992 twice painted YJ. Recall in past on another Jeep, just rounded off the heads. I do have the proper 3/8"dr. inserts to fit the heads. Any ideas?
