TJ Jeepers...HELP! Stalling when shifting ???

Hello people. I've been watching the forum for a while, but this is my first post. I'm not new to the Jeep scene, but I am new to TJ systems. My last Jeep was a Renegade...mild 360, axles, gears, big meats etc...VERY fun. Its been a "few" years. Recently I purchased a '97 TJ...2.5 / Auto. Don't yell at me! It's what I want...for now. Anyway, I went from drive to rev and it sputtered and died. Started it back up and it did the same from park and neut. I got it to the street, got it going and all was fine for a few days then WHAM!...did it again. I'm thinking vacum leak at tranny, but I thought I'd check with the experts, such as it is. Thanx in advance...Daryl...HOF City, Ohio
