Yes, it is while on level ground. I'll get started on this after the game today. Thanks for the response!

Front Seatbelt Problem

Before I dig into this myself, I was wondering if you guys may have some insight into my problem here.

The passenger seatbelt on my '00 TJ is waaaayy over sensitive on locking up. You have to pull it basically as slow as you can or else it will lock on you and sometimes you have to even yank on it a few times before it will let you do this. This is while parked also. I've known this was a problem for a while and didn't care because I don't use that seat, but now it's starting to annoy the people who ride with me the most.

Anybody know what the problem could be? I've had Mustangs up until buying my Jeep a couple months ago and all I can say is
