|myjeepandmydog||I think that looks pretty sweet. Can't decide which one id like better though. Bedliner does look pretty unique.|
|02-01-2011 10:52 PM|
|sinduda216||yea its just hard to see|
|02-01-2011 10:36 PM|
|d3digit||with bedliner (photoshop) this one is a little hard because the original pic has reflection|
|02-01-2011 10:25 PM|

|d3digit||here is my photoshop version, the lighting makes it a lit difficult to see the different|
|02-01-2011 05:16 PM|
Could have been the lighting, but it was really hard to tell the difference. Then again, if he used bed liner with a texture, it might stand out differently.
All I know is, it is fugly on my Mango Sahara. Maybe if i had black fenders...

maybe in a month or less, I hope, od green is hot too, I wish it was a color option I would have been all over it.

FYI, there are some threads floating around about how to bedline your grille. They may be helpful to you, if you haven't reviewed them already.
Here's one: (http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/my-...con-68125.html)

|sinduda216||i will hopefully get a move on it probably within the next 2 weeks or something to paint, will post pics as soon as its done|
|01-29-2011 12:04 AM|
It should look awesome. And it will be unique for sure. Post up some pics when you can.

actually, good point i do have a locking flat black gas cap cover and black euro light covers, the rest of the jeep is pretty stock on the outside, so it probably wont look that bad after all
waiting til next month or after a big road trip in march, then start putting some serious money into the rig. just trying to make it different from the others in the near by area. I want it to be MY JEEP, not just another wrangler.
I still would like to photoshop it to see, or get a actual photo of someone's or after the photo shop, if i like maybe just maybe i might be the first Natural Green JK with a flat black grille, ...nice

What other black accessories do you have on your Jeep if any? For instance, fuel door, light guards, etc

|sinduda216||photoshop...great idea, im going to have to wait until tomorrow and get a good one, i'll do my best with the weather and lighting. Thanks look forward to it, i was thinking the flat black look or gloss i dont know, probably flat though.|
|01-28-2011 10:32 PM|
|seadog||PM me a pic of the front of your Jeep and I'll have it photoshopped. My daughter convinced me not to do mine, but I'm Mango and it was too much.|
|01-28-2011 10:31 PM|
|sinduda216||sorry but there will be little to no chrome on my ride|
|01-28-2011 10:27 PM|
|KSCRUDE||You know in the last few years some of the black ones are really starting to look hot to me. Maybe you should go ahead and try a black one just one time. They say it will change your luck if you go black. He'll forget the chrome, I think I Need a cute black one myself!|
|01-28-2011 10:27 PM|
All I'm saying KSC is that I wanna see some pics of that tan and chrome monstrosity you got coming, and that thing better be OOZING chrome from every corner or I'm calling bullish*t!

|myjeepandmydog||I think the black would look good on your jeep. I have seen that here on a mango tango Jeep and honestly I thought it looked odd. But for the Natural green like we have it would almost just look black from the front but be green. Sounds like a good plan to me! IF you do it post pics I may follow suit|
|01-28-2011 09:39 PM|
|sinduda216||i just want to know if it looks good, i dont have anyone near me that i know or at least on a friendly basis to ask if i can swamp out the grille for a second to see what it would look like|
|01-28-2011 09:37 PM|
I've seen a military green one with a black grille in the TJ section. Not quite what you needed, but might give you a basic idea if nothing else appears.
Also don't underestimate the value of Microsoft Paint.

natural green with a black grille?
anyone have one, i see a lot of other jeeps with it never seen on the natural green JK and was curious to see what it looked like before i painted my own (was going to post in pic section but figure this would be easier)
