raminator08 Nice jeep, what type of rims are they?
Also, I love your sub setup in the trunk. I have a JL Audio 10 under the seat of my dodge ram and i know how good quality they are. I would love to put something like that in my Jeep but i would be afraid of something happening to it. How much did that sub and amp setup run you?

That's what I did when I had my s10 blazer I always locked it in the glove box and left my doors unlocked. But the people who wanted my stereo more then me. Decided to smash the pasanger window anyways. And destroy my dashboard and center console

That's why I refuse to buy a nice after market stereo. Haha even with a hard top and full steel doors. I live in a high crone area. I need bare minimum

We can all read just fine. You said they bought everything but the boat.

Regardless, anyway you slice it, your parents have been awfully generous with you. You'd better be thanking them on a daily basis.

You bought the boat and your parents bought you the Jeep and all of it's mods. Dang, when I was 16 I got a completed rusted out old chevy plow truck that almost wasn't road worthy. The nice thing about it was knowing I bought the $700 dollar truck and it was mine. Made some money from plowing driveways too. It must be nice to have something that new. You have some nice parents.

While that certainly helps, there is no such thing as "can't" when it comes to thieves (at least to us common folk):

400+ lb motorcycle, broad daylight, busy street - gone in 30 seconds.

If a thief wants your stuff, he's gonna get it. All you can do is make your stuff less of a target...

I just make sure to keep absolutely nothing of value in it, and leave it unlocked. I actually have a good Kenwood eXcelon head unit with ipod control and a pair of Rockford Fosgate subs with a Memphis amp sitting around...I refuse to put them in the Jeep because I have no way of locking it up.

Anyway, welcome to the site...and congrats on the Jeep.

haha, If someone knows what a headunit looks like they can tell and alot of guys will steal them anyways. thats why I pop my front cover off and store in glove box when in town or anything .
My jeep also has a arlam system added to it. when the head unit it pulled it goes off when the doors open when the hood opens and if the JEEP moves from people on it or in it moving around! and oh boy its loud!
