Interesting! Can someone who has a 2011 2 door post a pic of their passenger seat that shows this?

Right? They had it on older models as well. I'm tying to research it but don't know what to look for

LAXADAISICAL616 I have a 2007 two door, and was wondering if it would be possible to install the newer track system the 2011 model has. The 2011 passenger seat fold/slides upwards as well, much closer to the windshield, making it a lot easier to enter the rear seat. Let me know if anyone has heard that the seats and tracks from the 2007 and 2011 models are compatible, Thanks

millfire517 I'm getting ready to drop my jeep off to have my seat looked at for that reason. It won't release either.

daggo66 The same thing happened to mine. The dealer can repair it. Mine was done under warranty. They needed to order a new cable and track.

Suggestion for passenger seat to allow maximum entry?

Hello,
My passenger seat is not working anymore. The mechanism to make it go forward isn't. My son is having to climb in through the middle console0---- aarrgghh for him. Can anyone suggest a good seat or lower that allows the seat to go forward the most. I want him to have plenty of room to get in and out.

Thanks so much
todd
