Great... I'll pack it up in the Jeep and you can have it. Definitely looking forward to meeting everyone... This is all I've been thinking about for the past week and a half or so.

I'll try to find the campground at night.. Oh, from the map it looks like the camp will be on the east side of the road, is that right? I'll will give you guys a shout on channel 27 when I'm in the area.

turdhurdler Pies are great. If no one grabs the firestick, I am interested as my antenna does not get that great of reception that the firestick that I lost did.

I am planning on hitting the road at 9am, everything (I hope) is packed and ready to go. I hope to be at the campsite around 12 or 1 and try to scope out a nice area for all of us.

Some of us will be up late Friday, so feel free to come on by and say "Hi".

I am very excited about this event, I just hope that I can sleep tonight, haha.

dmacioce How late is everyone staying up in the camp on Friday night? We might swing by to say howdy on the way to our hotel if we don't get in too late.

Also - does anybody want/need a brand new, unopened 4' Firestik II CB antenna? I'm trying to get rid of it. Any takers? PM me if interested.

yomondo I've got plates/forks/knives/spoons/napkins covered. I noticed nobody mentioned they'd be brining them, so I picked them up while at Costco yesterday.

530ktm [QUOTE=CrudenCrafty;1135196]Hello all,

1.Bush Coon, 2.530KTM, 3.Keens, 4.JYJeep, 5.Mtbikbob, 6.Jdhallissey, 7.Albertmald9,and 8.cy99.

Suggestions for food items possibly needed are:

1.Spaghetti sauce (someone said we will need more than just one pot)
2.sausage links or meatballs?
3.fruit dish or side?
4.another dessert
5.or pie?
6.champagne or wine or extra beer?
7.vegetable dish?
8.plastic forks, paper plates, napkins?

Hi Turdette, as I mentioned a couple of times earlier, this is my wife's birthday so I am bringing along a bunch of cupcakes. I also mentioned that I could bring along some more garlic bread but apparently there is plenty of that. I will also bring along --
1) Italian sausages
2) Champagne and some beers
3) Plastic forks, napkins and paper plates
If you need anything else let me know so we aren't missing anything.

CrudenCrafty Hello all,

This is Stephanie,= aka Mrs. Turd. Jeff and I are excited about this weekend. I told Jeff I would make up a sign or two like I did last year, so you can keep an eye out for that. Especially since this particular campground can be a bit tricky to find. It is literally in the middle of nowhere! We drove past it the first time we tried to find it. That's because it's more of an open field than an actual campground. But the nice thing is that it's huge and there are very little restrictions for noise and places to set up camp, and we should be able to get lots of spots all together. Here is a photo from last year. I hope the 3 people in the photo don't mind me putting it on here. The campsite as you can see has lots of nothing but flat ground, some trees, bushes, trails and to the north is a nice hilly side. This pic was taken as I stood facing west.
SAMANTHA= Hey Jyll, I thought you and my daughter Samantha would hit it off just great, she is 10. I'm excited for you to meet her! My 7 year-old daughter isn't as into the jeeping thing as much plus she has missed too much school this year to go. Can't wait to camp with you!
DOGS= I think we are bringing both of our dogs this time, not just Bandit like last year but also Biskit. Bandit can be a bit shy but Biskit is a big lovey dove.
MUDCAVES= Jeff also mentioned the mudcaves, those are really cool! Especially at night. EVeryone bring flashlights, that makes the effect even more amazing! It's like going through mazes and the only way to see is to look straight up at the night sky. I can't wait to show Sami and take the dogs there.

POTLUCK- ok I know we are getting down to the wire, so I wanted to look over the potluck list one more time. I have a list of suggestions of things we might want to bring and there are some people that are still not on the list as contributing anything for the potluck. Hope it's ok to throw these ideas out there, let me know tomorrow what you think (or today actually,it's 1:30am right now)
people not listed as bringing anything yet are:
1.Bush Coon, 2.530KTM, 3.Keens, 4.JYJeep, 5.Mtbikbob, 6.Jdhallissey, 7.Albertmald9,and 8.cy99.

Suggestions for food items possibly needed are:

3.fruit dish or side?
4.another dessert
5.or pie?
6.champagne or wine or extra beer?
7.vegetable dish?
8.plastic forks, paper plates, napkins?

ok, so there's the last 8 people and 8 last minute suggestions. let us know tomorrow if you can bring something from that list, and that would be great, or something else you can think of. Just throwing ideas out there so we're all pitching in. Hope this is ok!

Thanks!

Turdette
