Hitch Hauler

I replaced the stock 2" tubing with a longer piece so I could carry something tall and not have my spare be in the way.

jkhinch25 Hey Joe, what did you wind up doing to resolve your cargo space? I'm having a similar problem - a one time trip to the Canadian North Woods this summer but I don't want to sink a bunch of cash into something I won't use much. Josh

Rear Cargo Rack Options

Hey guys >> I'm looking to add some extra cargo space to my TJ. Was thinking about doing a simple hitch from uhaul and just getting a receiver rack. Knowing I want to upgrade my factory bumpers as some point, I alos checked out the bumpers with hitches. Found some Rugged Ridge front and back bumpers that looked awesome so I may just get them. Although we're going from $100 to $700. Damn, I wish I didn't have to pay $100 shipping! Is there a better way?

Also like the mesh metal bar type receiver racks but wish I could lock the carbo in. Any other way than a chain and pad lock? (Pee-Wee Herman style...LOL)

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
