Janet H Make sure that the box over to the right side of the private message is clicked before trying to delete. There is also an option to download the messages to your hard drive if you like.

Click the boxes to select messages then scroll down to find the delete, and download options.

whlr13 responses received to forum postings

Message comes up sometimes stating invalid request/cannot be deleted-contact administrator

I know there is a delete option at the bottom of the message-does not always work-

Also how can I forward response to personal email for storage without having the limit of 50
