activelydying I just threw mine out yesterday. They were sitting in the garage for a few weeks now. I wouldn't worry about them if I was you.

binaryking I'd go without if I were you. I feel that shock boots tend to do a better job of keeping mud and dirt IN then they do OUT. But I still put mine on, but if I already had the shocks on the vehicle, I would totally leave them off.

shock boots?

I just put on the RE 2" BB last night and when I got ready to put the new fronts shocks back on I noticed I didnt have any dust covers for the fronts or rears. My question is do I need to get front and rear covers or would it be ok without?????
If I need to get them I noticed on Quadratec they have some daystars for 4.99 a piece. What would be the easiest way to compress the front shocks. I was going to disconnect the front sway bar links and articulate each side and tie them off with a wire then take them out and install the new boots..... Is that the easiest way?

Thanks everyone..Sorry if I sounded like a turd
