Atthehop My 2.4 does it in 4th or 5th at 2,100 rpm. I thought it went away the last time I replaced the plugs and wires but it may be I just forgot about it until someone else posted it a while ago. I checked for TSB's, have access through my company, but there was nothing on it. Just living with it for now.

neverfastenough1 Mine does it too, but I don't have a distributor to replace. Guess I will give her a tuneup and see how it goes. Less than 50k on her.

Mine did the same thing when accelerating then once I got to a certain speed it stopped. I replaced distributor cap wires and plugs. And it stopped. The shop said the coil wire was bad so I just decided to get all new wires
