Jeep Virgin
Knocking in my bellhousing

Hello my name is Troy and....I am a Jeep virgin.
While going down the hwy. there began a knocking in the drive train some where, upon closer inspection it appears to be coming from within the bell housing and it only does it with the clutch released in gear or neutral,2wd or 4wd. '89 YJ 5sp 4cyl.
could there be an issue with the pressure plate or throw out bearing?
