krutj My 2dr/6sp gets between 15-17mpg..the hardest thing for me was getting used to running the rpm's up for the v-6 and the drive by wire.

That being said, I love my JK...way different than my old YJ but a beast off road.

BTW..I've got 3:73 gears, 3:21's will give you better mpg but they make the JK kinda doggy...

jeffk42 I have a 2011, 2-door 6-speed. Stock wheels and tires. Actual mileage averages about 16-16.5 city, and about 21 highway.

Thinking of a trade question

I have an clean 04 TJ and like the I6cly 5 speed . How good is the new V6 What kind of mileage are you getting ? I,m going to trade in the spring and it will be a Wrangler two door 6 speed

My I6 Cly is a gas hog always has been (14-15 mpg)
