BFV I had considered putting a receiver on it, but I may just wait until I build my swing out tire carrier/bumper. This may end up on craigslist eventually, but it's perfect for now. That's still a few years off. Here's a good build up for the carrier I plan on eventually making.

DKDKGUS That's a stout looking mod. Any plans on putting a hitch in the future? Just curious. I'm gonna be making a bumper of my own in the next few days as well.

Good job!!

Bumper fab

Yesterday I built this bumper out of a piece of scrap that I found on a friends ranch. Apparently it's for bolting to escalators when they're still on the back of a flat bed semi, lifting and moving them to put them into buildings. The eye bolt in the center is rated at 30,000 lbs. I cut the angles at each end and used the brackets from my stock bumper and welded them on. Then a nice coat of flat black rattle can primer and it's good to go! Total work time: <10 hours. What do y'all think? Not bad for free!
