1 day in Colorado

Last May, we spent 18 days camping, jeeping, and hiking in Moab. Unfortunately we will not be getting back there until October of 2012. This May, i will be driving to Longmont, Co., then on to Tacoma, Wa. Then on the 25th of May I will be back in Longmont, & have one day to go wheelin' before headign home to PA. I have done some research on the Lefthand Canyon trails. Any one know first hand about this and the adjoining trails?
