New to Jeep

Hello,

I'm a Canadian living living in Doha, Qatar. I have bought my first Jeep Wrangler Sahara (brand new) recently. Over the weekend I took the jeep to the desert dunes; into 15 minutes of off roading (4H) I got a beeping signal "Hot Oil". I switched off the jeep immediately, switched back on after 10 minutes and the signal had disappeared. I took the jeep back to the dealership, they told me that I have to install a cooling kit for extreme desert off roading. The dealer is looking to see if the cooling kit could be installed free of cost/ under warranty. I find this very odd as the Jeep is new with only 600km, could there be a manufacturing defect. Could the engine be ruined in any way by taking the new jeep to the desert for off roading. Would appreciate any insight and advice from experienced desert off roaders.

Thanks,
Farooq
