Rubicon2 What kind of coax cable? Some coax cables have different ends for attaching to the antenna. Your antenna should have come with a bolt, washer, nylon washer, and lock washer. What kind of mount do you have? If you can possibly post some pictures I could definitely help you out further.

whiteyj No diagram with the mount? There are typically a couple of possibilities.

CB help

I've got a cobra unit that I just got hooked up under the dash and everything is ready to go. I ran my coax wire to the rear and just got in my firestik antenna and mount in today. I dont know how to connect the coax line to the antenna! Can someone give me a hand? I'm really new at this.
