just4fun I believe you put in neutral and push the button in all the way and pull and jerk it should come off

Shifter ?

Does any1 know how to remove the shifter Handel from an auto shifter... I have 98 tj auto and want to mod the shifter handle but it's not as easy as the manual shifter.. If u have modes ur auto shifter post pics plz thanks for ur help!
