pulley problem

I ve had my jeep for years now. I have had every problem under the sun,but this one. My serpentine belt keeps working its way off of each one of the pulleys. I ve replaced all the pulleys except the crank pulley, alternator, and ac. I cant figure it out. Its not the water pump. its new. Its not the power steering pump. its new. Its not the ac. The only thing I can think of is a crank bearing causing the pulley to walk back and forth. No mechanic knows the answer. All data just says a pulley is mis aligned. Please help.
