Come sumer time and convincing the lady. I be doing a weld in cage kit to finish the factory cage, My buddy is welding the cage in exchange for a solid axle leaf spring hanger for his IFS ranger.


But as for tires...
street use I drive on cherokee honey comb wheels and 30x9.5 All terrians
trail use which is pictured are 33x10.5 TSL's on five spoke steel stock Jeep wheels with a rattle can paint job.

phritchey What about the Roll cage tie in kits, I put one in mine it ties into the frame and existing roll bar, and installs in an afternoon. no welding required. And they are not very expensive. The cost of steel is so high right now that I would be willing to bet a cherry flavored jelly bean that it is probably less expensive than doing it yourself.

B4 and after...

Hi yal,
So I picked up a 97 TJ bout six months ago. I had a plan and I'm almost done with the TJ now Got to do a Cage and boat sideing still. Boat sides will come after I bash and wreck my sliders.
Let me know what yal think I got pictures of the build but for now here is B4 and After picture..

What a nice looking street Jeep.....

Now...


today I'm going to talk with a buddy bout welding a cage in so cage will be done this summer
