now that would be really cool.

problem with Pistols guys is you cant sell anyone below 21 a handgun (in michigan at least) and theres probably a few people under 21 who are lucky enough to buy a brand new jeep.
but you only need to be 18 to buy a long gun.

cavsvet74 Since Jeep is such an American icon, I think a 1911 is fitting.
One American classic for another.

hubertron This is just silly. Why does Chrysler need to give you anything to buy a Wrangler. You know you want one and you are going to buy one anyway so its not like a crappy branded gun is going to change any of that.

If a gun was included then I think they would have the underseat storage vault like the BestTop model for safe storage as a standard accessory.

Jeep is rugged and has plastic which reminds me of a Glock. Jeep is American which is like 45 acp. Okay, a Glock 45 acp if plastic connection is a consideration; if not, then an all American Colt or Kimber 45 acp (and yes they would fit in the underseat storage box).

MaxCare service contract would cover the pistol too.

You know that would add $1,500 to the sticker price.

New type of complaint would show up on this forum when people limp wristed the pistol and caused it to jam.

Would be interesting to go back to the dealer and try to get warranty coverage on the pistol; the dealer would need an indoor range to test the pistol for function.

The September sales incentive: get $1,000 cash back on a 2011 Wrangler or a Colt Lightweight Commander.

Instead of the trail rated badge it would have an NRA decal.

Tomp, it happens often here in Texas and else where Mostly, from Banks when making deposit in saving or buying CD 's, and from auto dealers with a new vehicle purchase, Some time back , a car dealer in Miami FL was giving AK 47 away with each new car purchase. I would like to get a Jeep lever gun with Jeep marking on it, and keep it as a collector item. In the last 5 years I've given Chrysler over $150K for new Ram diesels and Jeeps, its time they give back some of my fortune. The MO is something like this, they over charged you, say $250.00, then give you a coupon for $350.00 to take to your own gun dealer, or best of all. IF Chrysler/Jeep had a contract with a major Gun distributor who had the guns built for Chrysler, with special Labelling, and logo for me a marlin model 1894 lever action or Remington 870, 12 gage pump, with saddle rings would be nice for my Wrangler Jeep gun SN 00001 Chrysler/Jeep sells around 70k wrangler each year so, gun manufactures
would want to participate, with Chrysler in the Wrangler Jeep Gun giveaway . All we need to do is Let Chrysler/Jeep marketing Dept know .

Mr_RPM I would not trust a gun sponsored by Chrysler.
=P hahaha

Mitchness What disappointed me about that sketch was that they could've taken it a step farther and made it a drive through liquor 'n' guns.

JeepCreeper If there is a Jeep gun it has to be a mounted fully auto machine gun, like rat patrol.

Chrysler needs to give us a Jeep Gun!

When we purchase a new Wrangler, wouldn't it be nice if our jeep dealer ( Sponsors by The Chrysler Group) gave us a free jeep gun? be it shotgun or lever rifle ,too go with our new jeep purchase. If you thank so , why not go to Official Jeep Site - 4x4 SUV, Sport Utility Vehicle And tell them, No GUN No New Wrangler! He He, jeep marketing ,May Go NUTS! But if we make a big enough demand,Who knows , it could happen.

Ok, what is a jeep Gun? I thank it is a short barrel Shotgun , with a 18 inch barrel (its illegal shorter than 18 inches in all states) chambered for 12 or 20 Ga, or a lever carbine, cambered for handgun AMMO ( 357 MAG, 44 MAG, 45 long colt , or 444 Marlin, 45-70 Marlin.
Have your say on jeep gun ,selections and calibers and e-mail.
The Chrysler/Jeep Group Folks
