TheTJRod I was selling it locally. Just wanted some input on a fair price. And it's already sold now. Well pretty much, he said he would buy it.

AzTJ I've seen STOCK D44's go for $600+ around here...

And this really should go in the For Sale section, no feelers.

TheTJRod The D44 is still under it. I used all my money to buy the axle and now don't have any to buy the mounts to get it on. My jeep will be disabled for however long it takes for the new axle brackets to get here in the mail and to get my laziness welding them on.

It's a Ford 9 inch from a '74 bronco converted to big bearing ends and disc brakes with a True Hi9 with ARB and 4.86 gears!

ForumKing $500 sounds like a good deal. I baught a D44 with no locker/LSD for $600.

JeepCreeper What new axle did you put on?

Edit, nevermind. I read your sig.

TheTJRod Well, asked a guy in my group who recently sold two d44 rears and suggested $400. I sold it for $500. That should be just enough for the brackets and new control arms. Will make a build thread at some point.

How much for a TJ D44 with discs?

Alright, I got a new pair of axles and the old ones got to go. I got a '03 Sport with 80k miles. I have a D44 rear with disc brakes and an LSD, 3.73 gears. What is a reasonable price to sell it for?
